Upon conclusion of the contract, a reservation payment of 200,000 Baht ($6,000) is paid. After this, the main contract is prepared and within 25-30 days the courier service will deliver it to your home or office. You will receive two kits to sign and send one back. Based on the main agreement, the first (contractual) payment is made by transfer to the Thai account of the developer. Subsequent payments are made according to the schedule in the agreement. Interest-free installments are provided for the entire construction period.
